BIOGRAPHICAL:

Graduated from Pre-Dental Program, University of Toronto, in 1955.

Received D.D.S. Degree from Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto in 1959.

Received Licentiate in Dental Surgery from Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Canada in 1959.

Maintained a private practice in Dentistry and Dental Surgery in North Bay, Ontario, Canada from 1959 to 1966.

Graduated from Columbia University, Faculty of Dental and Oral Surgery, Graduate Program in Orthodontics in 1968 and received Certificate in Orthodontics in 1968.

Licensed in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts December, 1967

Maintained an exclusive practice in specialty of Orthodontics in Framingham, Massachusetts 1968 through May, 2000.

Appointed to Staff of Framingham Union Hospital in 1968.

Dr. O'Shaughnessy limited his practice to patients afflicted with Craniomandibular Dysfunctions, Craniofacial Pain, and associated Cervical and related Neurovasomuscular Dysfunctions.
