am both flattered and proud to be a part of Dr. Chong’s dream in creating
and developing the Hawaii TMJ Institute! Dr.
Chong has requested that I participate as both a director and as a
consultant for the Hawaii TMJ Institute I
accept this challenge and will devote all of my resources towards its
success Dr.
Chong’s lifelong dedication to community service in Hawaii and his
determination now to develop a diagnostic and treatment facility with
state-of-the-art equipment in Hawaii has been the prime motivation for my
involvement This facility will benefit thousands of Hawaiians who until now have not had access to effective diagnostic and treatment protocols in this focus of practice. To
facilitate patient education and the flow of information generally to the
public, there willl now be a direct link from the Hawaii TMJ Institute to
